ARREST

IN AUGUSTA, Monday at 2:37 p.m., Bradley R. Atkins, 26, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant, after a traffic accident was reported on Riverside Drive.

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Monday at 12:24 p.m., Kelly H. Henderson, 52, of Sidney, was summoned on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (less than $500), after shoplifting was reported on Civic Center Drive.

5:10 p.m., Daniel F. Gerow, 43, of Winslow, was summoned on a charge of criminal mischief, on Medical Center Parkway.
